Message	mint 91 TT, where the state changed the title from actual to not actual mileage. I was persistent for 3 months and got my documents together and started to battle... that is why when you have any type of work requiring to register the mileage, you need to be on top of them then and there, catch the mistake before they mess it up.. good luck..
